Class Description

NAR sets the “gold� for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. All seventeen articles are covered. Case studies are reviewed to show the intend of the articles. Come connect to Code of Ethics.

This course satisfies the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2021.

A veteran with 29 years in the real estate industry. Vickie has been a salesperson, an associate broker and broker/owner. She has worked with independent boutique brokerages, owned a couple of franchise brokerages, worked for other franchises,and currently is Broker/Owner of Vickie Rogers Realty. She has held a broker’s license in Mississippi and Florida. Vickie has been teaching for more than 20 years.

She has taught for the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and many REALTOR® boards andassociations. She has taught pre-license courses, GRI designation courses, NAR’s GREEN designation course, and numerous CE courses that she created and developed.

She has received numerous production awards, served on many committees, and earned several designations along the way.
